- Project:One and 1/2 Story - 24' x 28'
- Features:Electrical Package With Separate Meter, Interior Stairs and Water Tables.
- Details: Homeowners wanted to clean up their original garage so cars could fit in. Serious consideration was given to create a woodworking workshop complete with dust collecting system and plenty of electrical power for sizable electrical tools. Since homeowners designated the structure as a workshop, air conditioning could be added by code.
